Başkent EDAŞ will be able to receive the connection applications, either prior to electricity subscription or for modification works to the existing installation, through a digital platform
Başkent Elektrik Dağıtım Anonim Şirketi (Başkent EDAŞ), the pioneering company of technology in electricity distribution, put into use the New Connection Digital Platform, which enables pre-subscription procedures to be completed remotely.
From now on, authorised electricians will be able to carry out pre-subscription procedures, i.e., new connection application, interior installation design approval, connection opinion request, installation examination request or modification application procedures, that they should follow at Başkent EDAŞ on behalf of their customers 24/7 via the digital platform without waiting any queue.
Whilst another goal to achieve with these remotely carried out procedures is to save time and materials, the platform will enable handling more than 100,000 applications made for the consumption points, such as houses, work places, etc., as well as the related follow-up procedures on the digital environment. The platform can be accessed on ybp.eedas.com.tr.
To be applied both at Ayedaş and Toroslar EDAŞ
Besides Başkent EDAŞ, the system will be applied at the other Enerjisa Distribution Companies, i.e., Ayedaş and Toroslar EDAŞ, as well.
Authorised electricians, who will create their user accounts through the website of the platform, will be able to follow up the processes related to their applications with the case numbers and will find information on how to use the system via the training videos on the website.
Providing electricity distribution services at 3 separate regions in Turkey, Enerjisa Distribution Companies continue their operations in Ankara, Bartın, Çankırı, Karabük, Kastamonu, Kırıkkale and Zonguldak through Başkent EDAŞ; at the Anatolian Side of Istanbul through Ayedaş and in Adana, Osmaniye, Gaziantep, Mersin, Kilis and Hatay through Toroslar EDAŞ.
