Cyber ​​Attacks

In our daily life, you may be exposed to cyber attacks that try to take over our information or accounts. We can list cyber attacks as follows;

• Fake emails(sent with like real content and addresses, asking you to open various links or attachments)
• Fake page links listed on search engines
• Unsafe advertising and sponsor links on websites
• Fake SMS and links
• Fake apps that can be downloaded from app stores
• Fake phone calls made by non-corporate numbers pretending to be a call center

For your safety;

• In any e-mail sent or to be sent by Enerjisa, you will not be asked to enter your password or personal information. Therefore, you should not send your personal information by e-mail, regardless of what is written in the sender section.
• Unreal, high amount of invoice debt may be specified in e-mails prepared for virus infection, of which you are not sure of the sender, and it may be requested to open the link in the file attached to the e-mail so that the details of the invoice can be seen. Do not respect these and similar e-mails and do not open the attached files.
• Copies of real sites may be prepared with fake web addresses, and you may be asked to enter your information through these sites. Do not enter your personal information without checking the address you will visit and the SSL certificate for this address.
• Do not trust the SMS that you are not sure of the sender, that comes to your phones via SMS, and that contains instructions like click on the link for the activation of your account.
• Download our mobile application to your mobile phones and tablets from official markets (Apple Store, GooglePlay etc.). Do not download our mobile application from channels that broadcast applications other than official markets.
